Every treatment begins with a comprehensive medical evaluation. Your provider will review your medical history, current medications, health goals, and any necessary laboratory results before determining whether treatment is appropriate.
If a GLP-1 medication is recommended, your provider will discuss the available options, explain how the medication works, review potential benefits and risks, and provide detailed instructions for safe use.
Our goal is to ensure every treatment plan is personalized—not one-size-fits-all.
Your follow-up schedule is tailored to your individual treatment plan, but most patients meet with their provider approximately once a month while actively losing weight.
These visits allow us to:
Monitor your progress
Adjust treatment when appropriate
Discuss nutrition and healthy habits
Address any concerns or side effects
Help you stay on track toward your goals
As you transition into maintenance, follow-up visits may become less frequent based on your progress and ongoing healthcare needs.
Your health and safety are our priority.
Many patients experience mild side effects when starting GLP-1 medications or increasing their dose. If you have questions or concerns, you can send a secure message directly to your provider through our patient portal.
We strive to respond to patient messages within 24 hours during business days. If needed, your provider may recommend adjustments to your treatment plan or schedule a follow-up appointment to discuss your symptoms.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate emergency medical care.
Yes. This is one of the things that makes Solaia Health different.
From your initial consultation through your weight loss and maintenance journey, you'll work with the same dedicated provider whenever possible. We believe personalized care begins with building a lasting relationship—not repeating your medical history to a different clinician at every visit.
Your provider gets to know your goals, your progress, and your unique health needs, allowing for more thoughtful, personalized care over time.
Getting started is simple.

Our goal is to make the process as convenient and efficient as possible while ensuring every patient receives the time and attention they deserve.
At Solaia Health, we believe your cost shouldn't increase simply because your treatment plan changes.
Our flat monthly pricing reflects the value of personalized medical care—not the dosage of your medication. Whether your provider recommends a starting dose or a higher maintenance dose, you'll receive the same dedicated support, follow-up care, and direct access to your provider with transparent pricing and no long-term contracts.
We understand that price is an important consideration. While some telehealth programs focus on offering the lowest monthly cost, our focus is on delivering personalized, relationship-based care.
At Solaia Health, you'll work with one dedicated provider who gets to know your health history, goals, and progress throughout your journey. You'll also have secure direct messaging with your provider, transparent flat-rate pricing regardless of medication dose, and unhurried follow-up visits designed to support long-term success.
We believe lasting results come from more than a prescription—they come from having a trusted healthcare partner every step of the way.
At this time, Solaia Health does not offer Retatrutide. While recent Phase 3 clinical data (such as the TRIUMPH studies) shows remarkable weight loss potential, Retatrutide is still an investigational medication in its testing phase and has not yet received FDA approval.
Because long-term safety data is still developing, we prioritize your health by strictly adhering to established, FDA-approved metabolic foundations like Semaglutide and Tirzepatide. These medications carry years of rigorous, real-world data confirming their safety and efficacy. We continuously monitor the clinical landscape and will only introduce new therapies once they clear federal safety standards and are approved for public use.
